Hey everyone! My name is Niko. I'm a Romanian/Italian personal trainer living in Los Angeles, CA. I like a little bit of everything ;) which includes traveling, sports, music, cars, outdoors, and anything thats exotic. I am very outgoing, yet I am very honest. I'll tell you like it is... take it or leave it :) A healthy lifestyle is very important to me... fitness is my passion!!! I've been active in sports for many years and I've learned so much! For example the importance of good nutrition, positive body imade, and building self esteem. Through my personal training I try to show you my way of living a healthy and active lifestyle. I try to make all my classes different, challanging and motivating. My focuses are speed, endurance, flexibility & of course a lot of fun! The results are toned, desirable, healthy and sexy bodies.
